Grimden's Quickslot Decimate bugs sometimes
Sometimes in fights when you use the hotkey for decimate it will not activate it will only do a lv one decimate, but put the X mark on them as if you are charging up a lv 3 making it so that you can not instantly use the quickslot lv 3 decimate on bosses and have the charge it for the entire fight effectively making having it on quickslot useless.
