Account has been reset (kinda)
I haven't played in about a year and all my characters are lvl 1 still have their name's but there is an extra one with the same name but has WE_ in front of it.
I asked my friend and he lent me his account to try it and he doesn't even have his characters anymore. We both started playing in 2011-2012 and we don't want to lose all that progress. does anyone have any idea what might have happened.
