Ugggggh -_- Got blocked for NO reason??? Help

I'm a returning played I haven't played in a fews so was super excited to come back. WELLLLLLLLLL.... I have seriously played for maybe two days? And I go to log in tonight and when I log into Nexon it says I'm blocked?? And I'm sure I have done nothing what so ever to deserve this and when it informs me to report a "Ticket" of some sort I can't even get to that What the heck? :\ Any suggestions? I haven't gotten very far into my character but it still is pretty annoying to have to restart over again that kind of stuff drives me nuts. Also, I'm afraid if I make a new account and get farther into it this may happen again?
