New Player asking about Bound item
Let's say I have a weapon that is destroyed through enhance or enchant process and I get it back using AP or reforge the item after it get destroyed through enhancement. Is this weapon going to have the same bind level as it get destroyed before or it will be bound to the character without any chance to trade.
