Hello, I would like to know what happened with all the progress I had (I am a casual player in this game) today I wanted to play again and I noticed that I noticed my characters as if it were a new account. I deleted the account for inactivity or reset all the servers someone could explain to me thank you.
PS: I played from steam (I would like to know if there is any way to recover everything I had)
