Coming back after 4 years and characters missing

I logged in this week on the gam ein order to give it a new try after 4 years.

I wa surprised to see that all my characters are missing. Of course the first thing I did was looking for informations on forum and internet but even after trying to log in EU / Amrican servers I can't find any solution.
I also opened a ticket to the support team but they asked me for informations details like date of account creation or characters names. I just can remember 3 names, other one were testin characters with random names and I can't remember the creation date of my account because it was a looooong time ago.

(I played in 2015 for the last time, so I suppose my account was already migrated)

My question is, did someone experienced a similar situation ? What can I do ?
