Can Cherry Blossom Wings be fused to chest armor?

Not 100% sure where to put this so I decided to put it here.

As the title indicates, are the wings able to be fused to chest armor, AND are the wings bound - i don't want to find out they are bound and unfuseable that would make me the big sad.
