Hello, i recently came into the game but i am not sure which class to pick, definitely a ranged class. (And for my friend as well, who might come or not)

At the same time, I am more like a support healer player in other games, or anything that can act as support but without being a class who curses enemy, i like heals and cc (not dot or any kind of other poison)

In case there's any, I also play classes who looks weird to other games I played, and was thinking on the dragon girl, the glaive, or umbrella.

And for my friend, which class is good to start this game?, he likes anything that deal high dmg and easy to play but not a tank, just to learn the game and mechanics to relax.
