Problem with Service Area

Hey guys, i wanted to play Vindictus again after 3 years.
As i See there is a new Launcher to play Nexon Games, so i downloaded it from the launcher.
After the download is finished, it tells me: I dont belong to the Service Area.

How can I play this game again Guys?

Btw im from Germany.
