Alright so i just downloaded the game, and i's performance issues. I get constant stuttering, and i can't seem to fix it. I think it might be because my system is too new for the game and it can't keep up (RTX 2070, i7-8700k). Any help with resolving this issue would be much appreciated

    Most people have the same problems, me included. The game is just poorly optimized
