I have a lot of these in my inventory and don't remember where I got them. Do they come from Level Up boxes? What about Tour of Duty ones? Character Growth Goals?

    From previous events, you can obtain them via attendence event, as an airtight item, or from gold chieftain box events.

    You get 5 from the Level Up bag that every character has, and another 3 from Enlistment calendar for new accounts. Everything else must be from special events.
