Cannot complete Goldsmithing Journeyman quest
I just started playing again, and I'm trying to raise my goldsmithing, which is at 199, and I have the quest Test: Goldsmithing Journeyman, but its greyed out. I've done the mission it requested, and it says talk to Jarlath, but when I talk to him theres no option anywhere for completing the quest, and when I talk to him to try to raise my skill, he says I already know a different skill, but thats not true. I only know goldsmithing.
