Extraction Rune and low level gear
Does this rune work on low level (sub 90) gear? Does it only extract scrolls that the gear have via failed enhancement? Can you use it as an enchant rune and have the same effect (after a fail that breaks the item)?
On the topic of scrolls, how much is Consistent ES going for? A friend told me it can go over 1b. Are there any other old scrolls that got such an increase in price?
