Sylas focus Active skill not working

I found this bug today while in the dungeon,
Active: Spectral Sting and Active: Phantasmic Slash using D+(->) and D+(<-) doesn't work.

When I press D, the motion starts, but the UI doesn't show up and the skill doesn't cast. Pls fix this.
