Who's your favorite Boss/Raid?

I've been a long time player for 9 years going on 10, and if anyone has been playing that long then we've seen how all the bosses and raids have been changed over that time. So I'm curious, what's your favorite boss or raid? It could be for any reason really whether it be aesthetic or gameplay!

For me OG Glas when level cap was around 60 will always be my favorite. It was the first boss I not only got a rare drop from (Torn Glas Pants) but it was also the one I had the most fun playing against on Kai.
