Because with Sylas you have to get close and you can get smacked and be sent flying because he's a small boy. You also have to click carefully to trigger 3 daggers instead of 1 on 4 normal and that's hard to do when your fingers swell and turn fat from farming
Sylas is pretty good for mobs that wander into a group. Cyclone Saw will one shot a line of baddies for days, but he's honestly a bit annoying to use when gathering up strays because of how his smashes work.
