I'm mainly posting for those who are entering Ben chenner for the very first time, as I have seen many new players fall before they are given a chance to even fight back.

So as you are aware Season 3 brings many different mechanics that are different from Season 1 and Season 2, including the Unblockable mechanic.

I'll explain each one in detail if you plan on being a Ben chenner farmer, and keep this in mind at all times.

Weakening Curse: A curse that will debuff the player with a balance and defense reduction as soon as the boss spawns.
While level 1 may be a little threat with losing 5 balance and 1,000 defense in the process, it will intensify overtime, eventually getting to level 5 and draining your health per second. The curse will intensify when the previous curse hits the 7 second marker, stacking the debuff with each level with level 5 making you lose 25 balance and 5000 defense, along with your health being slowly drained.

Curse of Destruction: A curse exclusive to Ekindus, Barchdus, Thanthanus, and Epedemius D. This curse will drain 2,000 attack rating and 1,000 defense per level, with level 5 draining 10,000 attack and 5,000 defense along with slowly sapping your HP away. This curse can be a real threat if you let it stack, as it barely lets you do any damage to the boss, while it will consecutively hit harder as the debuff intensifies. Like the weaking curse, it will intensify at the 7 second mark of the previous curse.

How to lift the curse: The curse will be lifted if you smash the boss twice with objects, or blinding it with lights of palala, having it being hit with a small bomb or sticky bomb, being impaled by spears, or tripped over with a chain hook (also works with chain blade vella). However, some secondary weps are more accurate than others.

Casting: Every now and then the boss will wave his hands up to cast a spell. This will differentiate on every run, giving the boss a unique property. The following are the spells I found.

Ethernal Mine: the boss's hands will glow blue and a wave of ethernal energy will appear right below your feet. as soon as it appears, you have to dodge it out of the way.

Ethernal cannon: The bosses hands will glow green, and a super charged form of the Warlock's Ether Cannon will spawn and chase the player down. Just to a diagonal left dodge and you should get away with no trouble.

Ethernal Chaser: The bosses hands will glow teal, and 3 Spheres of energy will spawn around and protect the boss from close ranged attacks. If you are within the range, these spheres will chase you down and eventually explode, causing a mini area of effect.

Ethernal Taint: The boss's hands will glow purple and cause purple goop to spawn around your feet. This can briefly stun you and deal tick damage over time should you get caught in the tainted area.

Ethernal generator: The boss's hands will glow black and Multiple Wood elf braves will aid the boss to attack the player. This is exclusive for ben chenner bosses, so don't worry about Epidemius spawning mobs on you.
Glitch: The spawned mobs will sometimes fall out of the map and will be completely indestructible against any attack. These will be a nuisance as you have to dodge the arrows fired from them as you collect the cores from the defeated boss, along with dodging the boss's attacks at the same time.

Interrupting the spell before the hands glow will cancel it out. You can do this by knocking the boss back, or knocking it down.

Ethernal Destructive wave: This is exclusive for Ekindus, Barchdus, Thanthanus, and Epidemius D. Similar to Ethernal mine, except 3 of them will be planted below your feet. You have to dodge all 3 of these mines before attacking again. Interrupting this will cause one or two mines to spawn instead of the usual 3.

Shared melee attacks for Elf commanders:

The Elf will swing 3 times targeting random players. A short pause will occur at the end of the third attack, allowing players to attack back when finished.

The Elf will spin around, swinging the club two times. This also targets random players, and will usually end with an overhead smash.

The Elf will glow red to prepare an overhead smash, when the club hits the ground, it can generate no waves, one wave that goes in a straight line, or 3 waves that travel in a triangle formation, leaving gaps in between each one. While the club is over his head, you can completely dodge the attack and attack the Elf commander from behind.

Unique attacks for Warlock:

Warlocks will fire 1-5 Ether cannons at random players.

Warlocks will heal other Elves if they are injured, and will give them a slight attack boost.

Unique attacks for Ranger:

The ranger will prepare a multi-shot, shooting 6 arrows in a line. The arrow's damage can stack on top of each other, which can effectively incapacitate players.

The ranger's hand will glow orange and fire and Ethernal arrow. The arrow fired will travel faster when compared to the multi shot one. Only one is fired at a time, and he may do this up to 6 times depending on how far you are from him.

The ranger will throw a spine fruit to the ground to home in on a random player, this fruit will explode if the range is close enough.

Unique attack for Ekindus:

If you stand too far from Ekindus, he will throw 3 waves of knives at you, which will cause bleeding damage if struck. Each wave consists of 3 knives traveling in a triangle formation. Ekindus's attack range is larger when compared to the captain due to his size.

Barchdus is the same as the Ranger, except his attacks are more powerful, and have greater range due to his size.

Unique attacks for Thanthanus:

Thanthanus will fire Ethernal cannons at all players. He will spam this up to 5 times.

Thanthanus will teleport behind a player to do an overhead smash when he reappears. The overhead smash is an unblockable attack.

Thanthanus will act like the wood elf berserker, which will cause him to glow red (making it unblockable) and explode, once the explosion is made, he will throw an ether cannon on that player right afterward.

Thanthanus will throw a spine fruit similar to The Archer, but this spine fruit packs devastating damage.

Lochlann plains: Epidemius:

Epidemius will roar to taunt the player into coming close.

Epidemius will spin twice, and then slap his large hand into the ground.

Epidemius will glow red and smash the ground, causing waves to appear in front of him in a triangle formation.

Epidemius will cast a spell mentioned earlier, and them preform a throwing animation to activate it. This will go through even when interrupted.

Epidemius will slap his hand to the ground, and then preform a shoulder rush.

Epidemius will throw one or two punches, giving a brief pause at the end.

Epidemius D is a bigger variant to Epidemius.

Bosses that do not give curses:

Ben chenner summit: Ancient Werewolf:

a mobile boss.

It will snarl at the player briefly before doing a rush attack. can be chained up to two times.

The ancient wolf will run away from the player and hop around before striking, similar to Nine fingers.

The ancient wolf will glow red and stand still for a brief period. This makes him vulnerable to ranged attacks. Upon completing the animation, a red area of effect will appear around him, causing a dullness effect that prevents critical hits from occuring.

The ancient wolf will taunt at the player, this will leave him vulnerable to attacking.

The ancient wolf will attempt to headbutt the player.

The ancient wolf will attempt to scratch the player two times with its claws.

Lochlann Plains: Infected Elite Gnoll.

The elite gnoll will try to rush the player down.

The elite gnoll will preform an unblockable overhead smash.

The elite gnoll will swing his club down, then spin around to attack a second time.

    Main bosses:

Ben chenner Entrance: Callidus the guardian of Ben Chenner Garden:

as the battle begins, Callidus will either start to throw knives, or directly rush the player down.

If callidus senses that you are too far away, he will spam knives to pressure you to engage in close quarters.

Callidus will wave his hand around, then will spin around and stab the ground, then swing twice, giving a small pause between attack.

Callidus will stab the ground, then attempt to impale the player with his sword.

Callidus will glow red and do a spin attack. This is an unblockable attack.

At low health, Callidus will glow orange in a desperate attempt to cause fatal damage. DO NOT MOVE until he sighs. If you see the deadly target debuff, he will start to chase you down. You cannot dodge this by any means, and this will hit you for 4,000 damage. However, you can interrupt him chasing you down with using your ultimate, having a kai shoot a massive impact once he starts chasing down the second player, or cause his break off animation to occur.

Ben Chenner Trailhead: Akadus The hunter

Akadus will spin around, attacking 4 times in total.

Akadus will use one of his arm guns to shoot 3 bolts at the player in a triangle formation.

Akadus will try to run and impale the player with his arm bayonets. This attack is unblockable if he glows red.

Akadus will load his arm gun to shoot multiple bolts at the player around him, then shoot 3 darts toward the player in a triangle formation.

Akadus will teleport behind you and try to stab you in the back should you get out of his range for other attacks.

At low health, akadus will start to become more mobile, using his dart attack and impale attack in order.

At low health, Akadus will sometimes teleport away and use his trap to fire darts. you can completely dodge this by hugging the edge of the map where the stairs align with each other. when the darts finish firing, akadus will try to stab the player in the back.

The traps can be used to stun him for a brief period of time, the buttons will activate the trap on the opposite side from where you are standing.

Akadus will teleport away where the game will tell you that you can use the traps to stun him. Dodge the darts fired, and he will reappear to do an aoe arrow storm attack. While he is firing the arrow storm, you can use the trap to interrupt him and stop the arrows in their tracks. If enough damage is dealt, he will spam this over and over until he dies.

Ben Chenner Summit: Valus the Sentinel

Valus will begin by attempting to charge at the player, or try to do an area of effect laser beam.

Valus has 3 variants for his smash combo:

Two punches + shield swing, then over head shield smash.

Punch > shield swing, then repeats this once more.

Reverses the order for the double punch and shield swing. This will not result in an over head shield smash.

Valus will produce a ring and will start to spin around. Stay in the ring until he glows, then get out right away. Getting hit will drain your stamina to 0. If you are are outside of the ring as he glows, the player will enter a stagger state, and will be sucked in to inflict damage. While in this state, he is vulnerable to ranged attacks, especially kai's bolt storm.

Valus will glow red and smash the ground 3 times with his shield. Getting too close will inflict damage.

Valus will smash the ground with his shield 3 times before either a firing a double laser in front of him, or instead charging at a random player.

Valus will put his shield down, then fire a laser at a random player. This laser will track the player.

Valus will put his shield down and spin his head around to fire lasers around him.

At low health, Valus will become erratic and will use his shield spinning move and spinning laser in a desperate attempt to hit the player.

The laser will deal 1,000 damage each time you get struck by it. You will also flinch in the process as well.

    Lochlann plains: Pestis the Experiment

Pestis has attacks similar to Epidemius, except they have much greater range.

Pestis will grab and hurl a giant piece of stone should you get too far from him. The stone will deal large amounts of damage.

Pestis will grab a stone pillar, then do a spin attack that will hit two times, then do a third overhead smash.

Pestis will jump and attack 3 times, homing in on the player it targets.

Pestis will bury his hand to the ground, only for it to track down and target a random player. It will appear right below the player's feet when it pops up again.

Pestis will open his hand for a grab, and will glow red, the grab is undodgable, and should you get caught in his grab, he will start to squeeze you before slamming you to the ground. You can spam the grab key over and over to break free.

Pestis will preform a swipe attack if you get behind him. Watch out.

Pestis will step twice and will launch two punches, each with a brief pause.

Pestis will spam his grab more often as his health gets low.

You forgot to mention that Karok can lift the curse for all teammates and himself while giving a small healing buff by using the skill Howl . But gj making this guide ^^. Also it usable with both weapon.

Thanks for the input on that. Unfortunately I don't main karok, so that skill most likely slipped past my mind.
