As per title, chest armor item Pit Bull Jacket (level 34, crafted via Tailoring) on Arisha.
The necklace is quite prone to neck invasions during any shoulder movement, but the main issue is the apparent target practice for Eira's portals, mainly Arisha's shoulders and back.
I merely hope it's not canon because of the aforementioned sibling rivalry.
