Below Buttons don't work.

I can't Travel, Trade, Repair, ChitChat with NPC's when i use the below Buttons.
I Click and nothing happends.
I learned Goldsmith and he alwas says You must learn this first. My Goldsmith-Skill are 380/390
Can anyone help me please?
