Can't reset secondary password
Haven't logged in over a year so naturally I don't remember my secondary passcode, but for some reason I can't reset, neither through the website or launcher. Keeps saying I have no game or characters, even though I can see my characters just fine when I launch the same. Anyone got any ideas or is waiting half a year for support my only option?
