Is the cool summer style package giftable?

I have 18 dollars and change of nx on an alt account and I'd like the box on my main. It would be a lot more convenient if I could put 16 bucks on that account and just gift it to my main account than having to put a whole other 35 dollars on my main account so I was wondering if anyone knew if the cool summer style package is giftable. I can't check for myself, it just says "not enough funds" and God knows I don't want to put in all the funds and THEN find out it can't be gifted. Anybody know?
