Ein Lacher does scale your balance
This question has been around for some time so I went and tested with video evidence how Ein Lacher scales balance and it does it by uncapping the Balance Cap.
90 Balance Test
Max Hit: ~345
Min Hit: ~315
Avg Hit: ~330
Balance Range: 90-100
79 Balance Test
Max Hit: ~350
Min Hit: ~310
Avg Hit: ~330
Balance Range: 79-111
36 Balance Test
Max Hit: ~420
Min Hit: ~250
Avg Hit: ~335
Balance Range: 36-154
-2 Balance Test
Max Hit: ~490
Min Hit: ~190
Avg Hit: ~340
Balance Range 0-200? (This one is hard to say because its negative bal and there seems to be a bal floor in Ein Lacher)
So Ein Lacher scales balance by increasing the max balance you can roll if you are under the balance cap.
