I just want to be absolutely sure, since Nexon's page on restoring and reforging goes against what I have been told in passing: If I have a weapon that just went to +15 and has not boomed, do I get to try for +16 and be able to restore it, or should I stop now before I lose everything?

The Nexon page on this subject makes it seem like only +11-+14 can be restored? So if I fail my 15, it's gone forever?
