Make alts dream event working for already max lvl
I hope to gear my alts a little but sadly this event work only for alts lvl 70 and below like most of server having their alts at max lvl for vangarde what is point of this event make me delete my alt that i worked on them to get the dullhan set i find it strange way of how you design event hope you do something about it thx any way
