Can't sell UNBINDED equipment

I have recently unbinded my +20 the dead passion frozen thorn and was going to sell it on marketplace. The item says "Can use all forms of trade" and still has 1 more unbind. However, the marketplace will not let me list the item.

    Try to repair , items need to be full repaired to list them in mp
