Unable to learn Dismantling.
I am 100/199 Aprentice Armorsmithing. However I earned this many years ago when I played in 2013, so maybe something is different. Now I am attempting to learn Dismantling on my level 68 Fiona and am having him state that I need to be an apprentice and am not ready to learn it. I bought the quest ticket from him to try that, complete the quest, yet still not able to learn it. Any ideas? I do not want to just unlearn it and get back to 100, that is annoying.
