Goddess Guidance Bug?

So I was running through all the raids I still had GG in and noticed that I still have GG left in Ancient Glas. I ran it. Then I checked to see how many GG I have left for that raid And I Oop I had 13\50. I was so confused. I swear to god I genuinely thought I had like 9\50 or something or that I missed it because in the last couple of days I've been trying to finish all my Goddess Guidance season 3 raids. Please no ban Nexon. :\

Anyone else has this bug? Maybe with other raids? Or am I missing something?

Edit: I tried re-logging and it's still bugged.

    Probably you did lord glas in Light and Shadow. That is story mission but still get counted toward your kill

    Is that how it works? I was under the impression that both story raids and the normal ones count towards the Goddess Guidance.
