No Soap at Springs

For some reason i can't take the soap buff :(
"Currently there are not bath soaps in the hot spring"
PLZ HELP

    Well, it's the matter between server and your computer clock. Might appear as active with notice "1 min left". Meanwhile it's gone

    does that mean if i understand it Right the bathsoap will never work with my pc?
