So my astera weap just failed to go +13 a 7th time few mins ago. How many more reforge(s) before the 100%?

I've always understood the fail stack count to include the 100% attempt. It will take ElusiveDawn up to 8 tries for a guaranteed +13. That means if he has the worst possible outcome he needs to reforge 7 times.
Nah, while i havent needed to make use of 100% yet just looking at the fact you dont have 2% upon no fail stacks shows that the tooltip which shows the amount of failstacks tells you the % you get on next enhance so you will need 7 reforges to reach 100% (7 because the first enhance upon going from e.g. +12 to +13 is free and therefor after first reforge you got 2 failstacks) and the eight reforge->enhance will then work 100%.
