Can't Cast Saved Spell After Amber Bug
Sometimes after ambering, Staff Evie cannot cast a spell saved with casting save. She just stands still and ignores the command to use the spell. This lasts for around one second if you keep pressing the casting save key until it works. Moving a little bit fixes it.
This doesn't usually happen. I don't know what causes it. I've been told it depends on what attack you blocked with amber, and it happens more with older bosses (before season 3), e.g. Havan's projectile.
