That bug was supposedly fixed a few updates ago, using the judgement spears on Ein Lacher Glas would cause the game to flag you for using abnormal means to kill things like bots do. Very odd that it would show up again now.
Best to just try to clear it without using the spearing mechanic as long as that's happening again.
As Noburo mentioned, this was a bug with the Judgement spear that was fixed back in September! If it has reared it's head again I will go ahead and let them know so they can look into it asap!
