i cant restore my broken lv 95 armor

i check with strange traveler at the inn and the wasnt a option to restore it with ap. i megaphone the server too. my broken chest armor isnt in inventory. what is wrong?

    no chest armor that was broken in slot

    devcat fixed the option now from srange traveler. now i can restore my armor with ap. could have been a bug because this is my first time getting it broken.
