why cant i do quest price of pact?

quest price of pact? do i need to wait for vindy to update game with quest? or i am missing something. when i go to inn it say update. says i have to wait for macha update

    Yeah, we got to wait till Macha gets added into the game because the next Quest is going to even involve her fighr. I don't know why they split our update in two, but I suspect we'll get the other half along with Grimden on the 11th.
