Completely separate lann glides from critical rate
Lann is lann cause of glides making it crit dependant really spoil his game play especially with the endless increase in bosses crit resistance and the only way to revive this class is by making the chance of glide stand alone skill dependent chance. Make crit for lann work as every other class in game even make his crit cap and damage same as the others. Lets call this chance fury state he start having 50% base fury thousand needle give 10%, windrider also buff it same regarding fury infusion of spear. Correct damage modifiers and you have easy fix for this class. For sure lann will need tons of adjustment as regard stamina and the need for making glides more non luck dependant but at least making it non crit dependant will completely relieve the stress of need top gear to be barely efficient
