I really wanted electric boogaloo cleavers ;_;. But really, why are these not enhanceable? I've never destroyed them.

    Ever since they changed the enhance system, that's the best you're going to get them with those twinswords. Anything lower than a level 90 orange weapon cannot be enhanced to +15. The max is only up to +12.

    If you enhanced it beyond +12 before the RISE update, then you get to keep them forever.
