i have question . Suppose my character is Vella and now i have Dullahan pants fusion with White shark pants (Vella cloth level 60)

Now i want to this item fusion one more time with Wonderland Pants by Premuim fusion rune

1. i can fusion yes or not

2.If i can so other character can use this item yes or not (before fusion vella can use only)

    Difference between normal Fusion Rune and Premium one is that you don't need to unbind the item to fuse it with Premium.
