Backpack full of armor

Could anyone give me a suggestion as to what I should be doing with all the armor and weapons I am accumulating in my backpack? Should I put them on the market or just sell them for AP? I am new to the game and any suggestions/guidance would be appreciated.

    Just sell them for AP since that'd be low level armor

    If they're level 30-44 tho, sell them for the price of an element stone catalyst minus 10,000.

    Level 70-80, sell for the price of spirit magic powder minus 20,000.

    The rest, incenerate or sell for AP.
