Easy to recreate -

Equip the skirt, equip any shoes other than the wedding shoes, watch as the game attempts to overlay the wedding shoe model on top of whatever shoes you equipped.

    Found this too, as well as clipping below the straps at the front of the top. The top clipping only seems to happen on non-maxed chest slider characters though (but happens with all inners).
