    I've seen Echoing drop in Eochiad so yes, they do drop in S3

    R7 scrolls can drop in season 3 now along with season 2. This content was released with the weapon material synthesis update.

    Yes, it dropped in season 3 raids...you wont see the shinning light for the ES though
