Additional unbind coupon ?!

I just got the additional unbind coupon so i've tried to use it on a helmet which ran out of unbinds bcs of the destruction rune and i can't use it on that helmet. It hasn't been restored or anything , just ran out of unbinds . Is this what's supposed to happen?

Let me quote the coupon's tooltip for you -

"The coupon cannot be used if the remaining unbind count is 0..."

Additional unbind coupons have too many restrictions in my opinion.

I think what ppl expect and want from these coupons is to use them at 0 counts left.
(And thats how it should be)

the way they have unbinds changing to bound items seems to be the issue in that they have no way of returning it to an unbound state afterwards. Also selling permabound +15's from these coupons is silly.

I dont think ppl ask unbind for the revived bound weapons just those that are basically still "tradable" but out of unbind counts because of the stupid system.

Whats so silly in that? Selling some +15 when we have such a impossible enhancement system that doesnt allow u to even make a +13/14.
