Whip buffs?

I saw an arisha whip solo and they used a skill not on the whip yet. So I assume we're getting the skill (and possibly buffs with it too). My question is if anyone knows what the skill/buffs are and when they might be coming

    Whip gets new sp skill called along the lines of Accidental Accent, probably will come around the time Balor does

    6 months from when it came out in KR

    It just seems to be an attack to me, ~100sp and 15 sec cooldown
