Hey guys how good is Vindictus support I heard they don't even check ip's for reports??

For example if the known scammer and erp user [NA] "Wifey" scams you, you can report this evil person right but will they even check stuff correctly?

It makes it sounds as if you could report a player without proof beyond screenshots and go away with it. Beware of people who could exploit that like the one mentioned!!
