not getting level up bonus

I am not getting the bonus items when you hit a certain level nor am I getting the bonus AP when you obtain a certain level on your skills. I am also not getting the double AP I paid for from the store. This is the 2nd time I have posted this. I don't see the first one I posted so I am again asking.

• You're not given bonus items when you hit a certain level. You should have a level up bag gift in the cash shop page of your bag. That bag contains your level up rewards along with the next bag. If for some reason you threw the bag away, then that's on you.
• You're not automatically given bonus AP when your skills hit a certain level. You have to open your rewards menu and claim the reward by clicking the gift box button. You'll be given an AP capsule which is placed in the cash shop tab. You have to right click the capsule to obtani the AP.
• Iirc, you don't get double AP from the store. It's a 50% boost & it's not calculated separately. I'm assuming you bought a VIP or VVIP service package. If you didn't activate it, then you won't recieve the benefits until you right click the item in your cash shop tab. If you did activate it, you are recieving the benefits. A long time ago, the VIP/Blessing benefits were shown separately on the battle completion screen, but now they're just factored into the total without being shown.

Check your character grown pack , its in the right down corner of your screen in event icon . You should receive there some ap capsules and exp bonus every 10 lvls if i remember good . And in higher lvls items like scroll or smth
