2 Bugs- Charles race and Smooth Legendary Shard

I came back to playing Vindictus last week, after six long years.

The two bugs are as follows:

1-I can not find the quest "Charles?" in my Quick Battle. (Picture below)

2- I can not craft "Innocent Tear", even with all the materials required.
The game does not recognize my "Smooth Legendary Shard" as valid. Neither the ones I got on the mission nor the ones I bought in the Marketplace. (Picture below)

    1- Go Twilight Desert mission, maybe Alteron boss has there area Charles Race
    2- You need "Orange" item rare to enable craft, not blue/purple items
