"Vindictus not responding"

In launching Vindictus through the Nexon Launcher, I get the normal start up with the small box, then the full screen client launches. I see Nexon logo, DevCAT logo and then the loading screen appears in which it does not go any further. Any click in the client shows me the message that Vindictus is not responding - Close and Wait.
If I wait without clicking, 3-5 minutes will pass before it closes automatically. Anybody have the same issue and resolve it? Thank you

    UPDATE: Downloaded through Steam and still encountered the same problem. Going to uninstall and reinstall through Nexon Launcher now.

    UPDATE: Same issue after reinstalling and trying many more ideas.
    The loading screens are brutally long, between 3-10 minutes, and cause the prompt reading, "Vindictus has stopped working", to show up every time.
