Kitty boxes : Please stop making cheap items bind

Im referring to low value items like element stone materials, stimulants bath soap. They keep binding to the character that buys and opens the kitty boxes. I now have tons of these spread out all over my characters and I cannot consolidate them on my main to actually use. They just keep taking up space on my alts. Please, please, stop making them bind so i can actually move to my main character to use them.

    Agreed^ Same goes for the items you open from say the Raonne's Spirit Pouch from daily missions and then you can never get to use any of those items you get because most of those alts won't get high enough proficiency to unlock the element stone crafting tab.

    Please allow us to move the stimulants/soaps from the kitty boxes to other characters on the same account, so that we can actually use them.
