Instead of getting the system message "The text you have entered contained a word that is not allowed" and having to guess what the entered word was, wouldn't it be easier to include a profanity filter that is enabled by default (players would have the option to disable it) and bleep out the entered word? Blade and Soul has an option that allows you to do so. Nexon could include such a feature in the options settings:
