So I left some item in the market about 2 weeks ago and login with different wifi to check my stuff if it sold or not a few days later. They all showed up in my mail but I couldn't grab it because of the 10 minute IP restriction so I logged off to go do other stuff. Then I log in today to grab it after the update but they aren't in my mail anymore. (Yes I checked my storage if they were in there, but they aren't, I also checked all my other characters too but it's just my Lann that lost it's item from the mail.)
