So does anyone else feel like it doesn't do anything? I'm not really noticing a significant change in attack delays.

    Ugh sorry double post. My first post wasn't approved within 24hrs so I posted again. My bad.

    On a related note, I figured out how it works. For some reason I read the description as if it improved the delay between smashes (ie. you could transition from a charged stigma to a normal or guard faster). I get what it meant now though, please disregard this thread (and the other one).

    It feels like a focus stim, if you've ever used one. Its noticeable to me on a 40 speed hammer fifi and my 94 spd fifi :p
