Game won't launch. Thinks Vindictus is running.

I open the NEXON launcher, I log in, hit play on the Vindictus launcher, and get the following pop-up message:

"Game Launched Stopped

This product is currently in use."

However, it isn't. Cutting every non-system program from task manager doesn't work, nor does using said launcher right at the start of a reboot. It was working for the past two days(when I installed the game), and I logged out from the in-game menu the last time just like every other, so there's no reason that I can see for this to be happening.

How do I fix this?

    CTRL alt DELETE -> Task manager -> Processes -> Make sure you click on Nexon Messagin Service and end it. Sometimes my game crashes, 11/10, and that is left in the background and i cant launch it
